NFL Draft

Regardless of what the media says, Brady Quinn was the big winner in this past weekend’s NFL draft. Sure, Quinn fell to the twenty-second pick before the Cleveland Browns selected him, but this has put him in a situation rarely faced by the top rookie quarterback prospects. Bad teams with bad offensive lines generally pick the highest picked quarterbacks. The Browns had just selected a left tackle, Joe Thomas, with the third pick in the draft, so Quinn should have a good player protecting his blind side. Furthermore, he gets to play for a team that runs the same offensive system as ND. That is not a bad thing at all.
