Poor Michigan

The Michigan Wolverines have lost out on yet another recruit to the Fighting Irish. Dan McCarthy, brother of Kyle, has selected the Irish over both Michigan and the m' f'in' Ohio State University. McCarthy is a 6-2, 190 pound safety out of Cardinal Mooney High School in Ohio. His recruitment marks the eleventh time that ND has defeated Michigan in head-to-head recruiting this year, which is even sweeter when you considering that a Michigan alumnus, Corwin Brown, is largely responsible for the recruiting discrepancy between the two schools. It is not even July, yet, and ND football is off to one of the most exciting years in recent memory.
